2. How to Request a Replacement

Once your request is approved, we’ll ship the replacement within 7–14 business days.
3. Replacement Process

Defective/Damaged Items: Replaced with an identical or equivalent product.

Incorrect Items: Replaced with the correct product; we cover all related shipping costs.
All returned items must be in unused, original condition, with all original packaging intact.
4. Replacement Method
Once approved, your replacement product will be shipped to the address provided in the original order.

5. Exceptions to the Replacement Policy
Replacements are not applicable to:

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order — provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After 24 hours or once the order is processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
